Chemours™ Teflon™ dispersions provide products with chemical inertness, temperature stability, excellent dielectric properties, weather resistance and non-stick characteristics and can be processed using conventional dip or flow techniques to either coat or impregnate high temperature fabrics or fibres. Teflon™ dispersions can be built up gradually during processing to produce a smooth, crack-free coating. Primarily PTFE dispersions, however PFA, FEP and micropowder grades are also available.

Teflon™ PFAD 335D

Dispersion grade used to coat or penetrate porous structures, can also make thin films. Chemically inert, can be melt bonded to polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin or used as a hot melt adhesive. Provides high temperature stability, great weatherability, excellent dielectric and non-stick properties.

Teflon™ PTFE DISP 30

Chemically inert, thermally stable, excellent dielectric properties, non-stick characteristics, improved weather resistance as well as the lowest coefficiant of friction of any solid materials. Often impregnated into plastics, also used in surface coatings for high temperature substrates, as cast film for capacitor dielectrics, in coated woven fiber-glass fabric or as an anti-drip additive for plastics.

Teflon™ PTFE DISP 33

Provides void-free coatings with improved gloss, surface smoothness and adhesion. Chemically inert, thermally stable, excellent dielectric properties, non-stick characteristics, improved weather resistance and the lowest coefficient of friction of any solid materials. Often impregnated into plastics, also used in surface coatings for high temperature substrates or as cast film for capacitor dielectrics.

Teflon™ FEPD 121

This is a general purpose dispersion that can be used to impart some of the unique properties of FEP to the end products (that may be difficult to make using traditional melt extrusion processes). It is able to provide: inertness to nearly all industrial chemicals and solvents, stability at high temperature and excellent weatherability.

Zonyl™ MPD 1700

Designed to be used as an additive in host systems, in order to impart some of the unique properties of PTFE. Zonyl™ MPD 1700 aqueous dispersion provides: inertness to nearly all industrial chemicals and solvents, stability at high temperatures, excellent weatherability, and non-stick characteristics.
